Physician Assistants & Nurse Practioners

​Freddy Chan received his BS degree in Psychobiology from UCLA, and completed his MS degree at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California. 
​
He is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). He was born in Hong Kong and raised in Los Angeles.  In addition to English, he is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.  He joined our practice in 2003 and sees patients mainly at the Monterey Park office.

Ruey-Jen “Rj” Chang graduated with her Masters in physical therapy from Elon University, N.C. in 2001. She worked as a physical therapist for 5 years. Rj then attended Charles Drew University, CA.

She graduated in 2008 from their Physician Assistant program, and then joined our practice in 2009. She sees patients in all 3 offices and is fluent in Chinese / Mandarin.

Blanca Mora received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from California State University, Long Beach and her Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California.

She is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and is a member of the California Academy of Physician Assistants.Blanca was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish. She joined the practice in 2015 and sees patients in our La Palma office.

Lily Liu received her BS degree in Biology from UCSD, with minors in Chinese and Psychology. She completed her Physician Assistant MS degree at Marshall B. Ketchum University, California. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Lily was born in Shanghai China, raised in Northern California, and now currently residing in Los Angeles. In addition to English, she is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. Lily joined our practice in 2018 and sees patients at all offices.

Vina Nguyen received her BS degree in Biomedical from La Sierra University. She completed her Physician Assistant MS degree at AdventHealth University. She is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistant (NCCPA).

Vina was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. In additional to English, she is fluent In Vietnamese. Vina joined our practice in 2019 and sees patients at all offices.

Stephanie recieved her associate degree as a Registered Nurse from LA County College of Nursing and Allied Health in 2003 and went on to complete her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State Dominguez Hills, and lastly completed her Master's in Science in Nursing from UCLA in 2018.  She is board certified in Adult Gerontology.

Stephanie is fluent in both English and Spanish
